1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival. 
  • Incorrect Products: If the product delivered does not match your order. 

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received. 
  • The product is in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact. 
  • The return request is made within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Within 3 days of receiving the product, email us at [email protected] with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic or video evidence of the product’s condition. 
  • Review: Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. 
  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or opened. 
  • Products without their original packaging or missing labels and barcodes. 
  • Products not purchased directly from Dhaka Protein Bars. 

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. 
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
